On 04, February, 2005 Grandmaster Crimi was presented with a Meritorious Service Medal from Law Enforcement. The Meritorious Service award is the highest honor Law Enforcement can bestow upon an individual. The Medal was presented for his 28 years of service and dedication to Law Enforcement and the Community, also his work with the S.E.D. teams and Correctional officers.

August 28th-30th: The Grandmaster was in Orlando, Florida to do a Seminar for the World Head of Family Sokeship Council. The Grandmaster was also awarded The GOLDEN LIFE ACHIVEMENT AWARD by The Council. "The World Head of Family Sokeship Council is a wonderful organization full of some outstanding people! Special thanks to Grandmaster Frank Sanchez what a great event" said Grandmaster Crimi!

August 8th & 9th: Grand Master Crimi and his dear friend Grand Master Max Pallen traveled to Dallas Texas to attend The United States Martial Arts Hall of Fame and training camp. Both were honored, Grand Master said "a good time was had by all, Max and I had a ball"! Once again old friends were reunited and new friends were made!

July 12th: Grandmaster Crimi and Great Grandmaster Castro traveled to Las Vegas, Nevada and where inducted into The Hawaii Martial Arts International Society Hall of Fame.----At the----Sahara Hotel & Casino. Grandmaster Crimi said "Professor Jaime Abregana out did himself the event was AWESOME!!! I haven't been to an event this well done in 20 years. Thank you Professor Jaime!"

June 21st: Seminars, Demonstrations, Promotions at Great Grandmaster Ralph Castro's School in Daly City. At the annual ISKA promotional awards ceremony Grandmaster Crimi and Great Grandmaster Castro taught seminars on everything from Kenpo sticks to Hikari Ryuza Ryu cane techniques. Demonstrations were given by the students of Shaolin Kenpo, Grandmaster Crimi, and the Hikari Ryuza Ryu Yudansha Kai-(Shizumi-Sensei, Sr. Master Salzwedel, and Sempai Salzwedel.) There were a total of 94 promotions, 26 of which were 1st degree black belt and up! Most notable were Professors Cunningham, Lucas, and Scott to 8th degree black belt with the title of Master Professor! The entire event was incredible, (and just out and out fabulous!!)

May 10th: Grandmaster Crimi conducted a seminar on HIKARI RYUZA RYU KETSUGO, and was also inducted into the World Martial Arts League Hall of Fame as AMERICAN JUJUTSU GRANDMASTER of the year! The event was held at the Kimberling Inn Hotel in Kimberling City, Missouri. Grandmaster said, "the event was wonderful and the people, old friends and new were GREAT!"

April 26th: Grandmaster Crimi and Great Grandmaster Castro attended Grandmaster Archie's Silver State Open Tournament at The Circus Circus Hotel And Casino in Reno, Nevada as invited guests. The tournament was fantastic and a great time was had by all! Congratulations to Grandmaster Archie on the success of this event!

April 25th: Grandmaster Crimi and Great Grandmaster Castro attended the Golden Gate Nationals as invited guests. The Event held at the San Francisco Airport Marriott was put together by Tuhan Jordan Pallen and his wife Felipa Pallen. The tournament was a great success due to the hard work on the part of Jordan and Felipa Pallen and their staff. "Congratulations my friends!" Dr. C.

The Reunion of Warriors: presented by Mr. Les Sipes and the Silk Wind Kenpo Club, was a GREAT time for all!! Grandmaster Crimi said "this seminar had one of the best groups of people I've ever taught, everyone involved was just wonderful!" The presenters were Grandmaster Crimi, Sigung Stephen LaBounty, Professor John Sepulveda, and Sifu Alan Henderson. Honored guests in attendance were: Mr. Dave Hebler, Mr. Bob White, Mr. Dennis Conatser, Mr. Glen Karnovsky, and Mr. John Smith.
